The new Law 30/2007 of 30 October, public sector contracts, integrating within its scope CEDER entities as the "La Serena", which aims and sustainable rural development in the region and meets therefore interest needs no industrial or commercial character, with much of its activity funded with public and controlled by the Administration.
In pursuance of this Act, the ASSIGN "La Serena" regulates the recruitment process ensuring the principles of free competition, confidentiality, publicity, transparency and non-discrimination and equal treatment of candidates in the execution of works, procurement of goods and services procurement, where contracts are not subject to a harmonized regulation in accordance with the provisions of the Act Public Sector Contracts.
For this reason, the tenders to be awarded by open will be announced, inter alia, in the web spaces of CEDER "La Serena", where you can view the bidding procedures in its various phases, until final adjudication .
