The change in economic systems in the last century, and the input stage of globalization, which causes economic growth is not distributed equally, has increased the gap between rich and poor. As a result of these growing economic disparities, workers move from one country to another in search of better employment opportunities and living conditions more favorable to their families. Therefore, schools must consider making some changes to adapt to this new reality. It is not only the task of the newcomers make an effort to integrate into the society they come but must also do their part to adapt to the new situation that the presence of new citizens generates.
Schools should be aware that they are the most important integrating elements that will have families and, taking into account that the arrival of a new reality is always complex and stressful, we must devise strategies and implement measures to help facilitate as much as possible, adapting to the new reality by the entire community. In
this line, the LOE in Articles 78 and 79, said that government is for promoting the incorporation into the education system and ensure the schooling of these students, with appropriate support and develop specific programs to facilitate the integration of these pupils corresponding course.
